Our Staff has over 100 cumulative years experience in business making pies. Because of our years of experience in restaurants and in the baking industry we are disciplined in hands on management rather than administrators of production and marketing. From the top down we can stir, bake, meringue, cream and everything else that is required to produce a pie. This makes the Rocky Mountain Team unique in the marketplace.
Even though we get a push from modern technology, we utilize some of the tried and true "old fashioned" methods of a scratch bakery. We delicately blend our fruit fillings to guarantee the perfect flavor. This ensures consistent fruit integrity. We mix our dough in double arm mixers and we even finish and garnish our cream and meringue pies by hand for that "home-style" look only grandma can duplicate in her kitchen.
