Our pies feature a tender, flaky crust made with zero trans fat palm shortening, hand-laid flat or twisted lattice tops, and hand-peaked meringue, all crafted with the highest quality IQF fruits and substantial fruit content. We use premium ingredients like double-strength lemon puree, aseptically packed banana puree, shredded coconut, and Nellie & Joe’s Key Lime Juice—while our cream and meringue pie shells are made one at a time to ensure zero shrinkage.

Rocky Mountain Pies' meringue pies are crafted with the same rich fillings as our cream pies, featuring tender, flaky crusts and topped with the finest hand-peaked meringue instead of whipped topping, available in 6", 8", and 9" sizes. These pies offer an authentic and premium taste, designed for convenience and quality with a recommended ambient shelf life of 6 days, making them a standout choice for any bakery selection.

Rocky Mountain Pies' shelf stable crème pies are crafted with tender, flaky crusts and topped with a creamy non-dairy crème, available in 6", 8", and 9" sizes. We also offer cream pies topped whip cream, available in 6", 8", and 9" sizes. These pies feature hand-garnished toppings, ensuring a premium taste and presentation. They are designed for convenience and quality, making them a perfect addition to any bakery selection.
Chocolate: Smooth chocolate filling in a tender, flaky pastry crust crowned with real cream whipped topping and garnished by hand with shaved chocolate curls.
Coconut: Shredded coconut added to a smooth vanilla cream for a taste you will remember. Topped with real cream whipped topping and garnished with toasted coconut.
Banana: A silky banana cream filling covered with real cream whipped topping and garnished with golden brown graham crumbs.
Key Lime: Sweet. . . “just right” - Tart. . . “just right” pure Florida Key Lime Juice topped with real cream whipped topping.

Hand-laid lattice or full crust options, available in 6", 8", 9", and 12" sizes, are cryogenically frozen to retain texture and moisture, with par-baked, baked, or unbaked varieties to suit any need.
